Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Req Details:
Description:
· Configuration the CRM UI (web page) to align with business requirements
· Knowledge of sales and service management process
· Expertise in business role configuration in CRM
· Experience in role testing along with script writing
· Knowledge of debugging in SAP- CRM
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Work with Business to understand business process and ensure alignment with what is being designed (UI)
· Work with security team on configuring PFCG role
· Documenting the configuration of the UI, and updating FSD.
· Testing the UI to ensure it performs as configured
· Support IT and Business testing cycles for any modification that needs to be made during and after testing. Also, update the relevant documentation.
· Work with Business to understand business process and ensure alignment with what is being designed (UI)
