Job Title : JAVA Tech Lead

Location : New York

Duration : 6+ Months

 

Job Description:

 

Java Application technology lead must have experience and knowledge of current Java technologies and methodologies, and hands-on experience in the following:

·         JSP/Servlets

·         Web front-end experience (e.g., HTML/CSS/JavaScript)

·         Web services

·         JQuery

·         Relational databases

·         Object-relational Mappers (e.g., Hibernate)

·         Dependency Injection and AOP Framework

·         SpringSource products (e.g., Core, WS)

·         JUnit

·         Maven

 

ü  In-depth knowledge of design and best practices associated with complex and disparate systems in order to create and validate designs for the same.

ü  Knowledge of standard architectural principles, models, patterns, and perspective or business process management to provide inputs for requirement and design guidelines

ü  Java programming, debugging, review, testing and implementation.

ü  Ability to work directly with various levels of business and client stakeholders to determine sound technical solutions for business requirements.

ü  Providing support and problem solving for production and test issues for large, complex applications in constrained timeframes.

ü  Mentoring less experienced team members and get work done.

ü  Managing medium projects or components of larger projects.

ü  Prioritizing, managing and allocating multiple tasks.

ü  Must have very good written and oral communication skills

ü  Analytical ability and willingness to contribute and excel.
