Role: Java Tech Lead/Tech Analyst

Location: Phoenix (AZ), US

Duration: 6+ month

Interview: Phone/ skype

Experience: 7+ years

Working Knowledge of Specific Tools: IDE's such as Eclipse or RAD, Source controls such as CVS, SVN.

Qualifications:-

Good knowledge of SQL, relational databases.

Optimization of data model for performance.

Must have developed enterprise applications for use in production environments.

Experience with complex data models involving more than 10 tables.

Expertise in Java Programming, Web based development, JSP and J2EE related technologies, Java Multithreaded programming, Java Beans, Spring/Struts Framework, Unit Testing Frameworks, Object Relational Mapping (ORM) Tool, Security Framework /Concepts, Web Services and SOAP, JQuery,  HTML 5 & CSS 3.

Good Knowledge of XML and related technologies (like DOM, SAX, XPATH, JAXB, XML Beans and XSLT etc.).

Knowledge of scripting languages (like Java Script) for web based client/server application development.

Expertise in build automation tools (e.g. Maven, Ant).

Working Knowledge of Specific Tools: IDE's such as Eclipse or RAD, Source controls such as CVS, SVN.

Exposure to Web/Application Servers e.g. Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic, WAS, JBoss.

Continuous Integration – Jenkins

Skill:-

Interface with key stakeholders.

Create high level design artifacts.

Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Exposure to Agile Software Development methods will be plus.

Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module.

Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation.

Ability to estimate, plan and track projects.

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
