The Security Engineer with QRadar experience Seeking Security Engineer with QRadar for our client based in Downers Grove Illinois.  Technical Skills ·       5 plus years of professional experience in Information Security environments and demonstrated security  experience troubleshooting and resolving application and network problems ·       Must have 2 year plus of hands on QRadar experience and experience with the following: Sourcefire, McAfee IDS/IPS, Checkpoint, UTMs, Rapid7, Nessus, Fidelis / FireEye, Content Filtering, WAFs, etc. ·       Proficient with QRadar and solid understanding of SIEM technologies ( QRadar, NetIQ, ArcSight, Quest, Symantic, Splunk etc.. and up to date on current product trends and capabilities) ·       Proficient with common security device functions, such as IDS/IPS, Network and Host-based firewalls, DLP (Data Leakage Protection), Advanced Threat, etc. ·       Solid experience wiht network device functions, such as routers, switches, hubs, etc… ·       Expertise with common and/or advanced attack vectors and threat landscapes such as botnets, watering holes, spear phishing, DDoS, and advanced malware. ·       Demonstrable experience and desire to coaching, train and assist in the development of junior engineers ·       Familiarity with various security frameworks such as: ISO27002, PCI DSS, SSAE16.
