Job Description/Skill Sets:
The person will be responsible for managing Troux on a day-to-day basis that will include taking requests for data input, data extract, reporting, and other similar requests. In addition, the person will be required to upgrade and patch Troux software as supported by the vendor. The person will work under the supervision of EA Process & Service owner.
Qualifications:
· 9 Years minimum of IT experience, At least 3 years of hands-on experience on Troux 9.2 or later with demonstrated work activities with Troux Standards, Troux Information, Troux Alignment, and Troux Insight
· Expert level proficiency in a computer software application or programming language specifically identified in the assignment requirements:
- Datastage - SAP Bobj- Java- ETQ - SalesForce experience
- PeopleSoft - Laboratory Info. Mgt. (LIMS) experience
- SOA experience
- Mobile application development
- Adobe CQ application experience
- IBM Webshpere Commerce application experience.
· Ability to understand requirements quickly and translate them into Troux technical tasks
· Ability to troubleshoot problems related to Troux functionality
· Ability to coach and mentor new users of Troux to understand data, process, and tool
· Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
· Expert knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with process partner organizations to have an in-depth understanding of their operations and benchmark to related corporate and/or industry standards.
· Review and provide counsel for all major business case analysis efforts and multi-generational product planning.
· Provide guidance/recommendations to process owners and is consulted by business areas for input and thoughts.
· Actively participate and provide project leadership to process partners, management, customers and project teams on the most complex aspect of process development, system integration, and development methods. Investigates and proposes leading edge methodologies and/or technology solutions.
· Interact with solution vendors to determine best fit and develop solution plan.
