· Pre and Post verification and necessary adjustments for BW migration on to BW on HANA
§ Performance tuning/ optimization of existing reports and objects on migrated BW on HANA environment and necessary ABAP code changes
§ Analyze current system and make recommendations for SAP BW architecture using HANA, HANA Live, and BOBJ
§ Provide system architecture design for HANA, HANA Live, and BOBJ
§ Provide performance tuning recommendation in HANA, HANA Live, and BOBJ platform
§ Recommend and convert BOBJ reporting conversion strategy for BEx and BOBJ integration
§ Recommend HANA, HANA Live, and BOBJ security and portal approach and integration
§ Develop and configure HANA Live and BOBJ reports
§ Technical knowledge transfer of HANA, HANA Live and BOBJ tools and practices to current LAUSD BW staff
§ Other similar and related SAP Project duties, as assigned
The resources shall complete and submit the following deliverables:
1. Planning and Architecture setup (HANA, HANA Live and BOBJ) for SAP and NON SAP environment(s)
2. Develop industry best standards for Coding, Performance, Naming, standards for enterprise reporting using SAP and Non SAP technology
3. Write detailed Technical documentation for each Development piece of work delivered/ worked on
4. Build/ Develop after Go-Live system support strategy for enterprise reporting
5. Technical knowledge transfer of SAP HANA and BOBJ deliverables
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION :
1. College graduate with at least Eight (8) years of SAP BW/ BI tools and BOBJ hands on work experience involving SAP BW on HANA with BOBJ 4.1 release, architecture and development.
2. At least two (2) full cycle implementations of SAP BW on HANA migration and/ or BOBJ tools involving system Architecture, Development and modelling using Design studio, Universe, Lumira, BI tools such as Web Intelligence, Crystal reports, Analysis for Office, Dashboard(s), BEX tools, etc.
Extensive experience with SAP BW/ BW on HANA and BOBJ and other BI tool set
b. Two plus implementation experience in BW migration to HANA BW 7.4, BW Data modelling and reports
c. Hands on experience in BOBJ and other BI tools and related report development and deployment
d. Hands on experience in HANA modeling, SAP replication tools such as SLT (Real time data replication), BODS (Business Objects Data Services)
e. Experience with HANA SLT replication
f. Extensive experience with BW on HANA and HANA Live
g. Extensive hands on experience in Architecture/ Design, Development, and Deployment of SAP BOBJ 4.1 and other BI tools for larger enterprise
h. Experience in Non SAP reporting using BOBJ 4.x is an added advantage
3. Recent SAP hands on experience, especially with ECC 6.0, BW 7.3 to BW on HANA migration, HANA ,HANA DMO/ Advanced DMO, BOBJ, Replication tools (SAP SLT, BODS)
4. Relevant certifications, special skills and proficiencies
