Job Description:                            

We are initiating a conversion of 2 hospitals that are targeted to go live on 1/1/16.
We need the following skills …..

More info / confirmation – 
• Timeframe is 5/4/15 – 12/31/15
• Must be onsite M-Thurs 
• May require extended week (working Fri and/or travel on Sun) as project nears deadline.
• Will require resources to be onsite for entire final mock conversion and final go-live / activation.

Client need 1 lead and 2 testers.
ERP Conversion - Test Lead

Tasks Include:
• Document SIUH Conversion project Test Strategy and Test Plans for all 12 (more or less) cycles to be performed
• Include timeline, entry/exit criteria, and overall scope of each cycle working closely with Functional and HRIT team members
• Overall Coordination of all ERP Conversion Testing Execution Activities
• Assist with Functional and HRIT team members with the reconciliation and proofing process during the Mock Conversion phases
• Use of complex SQL writing and knowledge PeopleSoft HRMS table structures and relationships required
• Work with Functional and HRIT team members to define test cases to be performed in each cycle of testing
• Manage all test case execution and statistical reporting to project leadership
• Manage Issue Log and facilitate regular testing meetings to assure issue resolution and progress
• Ability to analyze problems at a functional level with Functional and HRIT team members & technical level with the ERP-IT team members as needed
• Provide assistance in the analysis during the Application & Payroll Parallel Test
• Includes providing HRIT support to perform the SQL validation needed to compare SIUH and NSLIJ payroll calculation results
• Ensure detail is provided by all team members working in the issue log

Must have the following skills
• Deep experience with PeopleSoft HCM from a functional and technical level
• Strong experience as a team lead on PeopleSoft implementation projects
• Minimum tech skills in the areas of SQL development, SQR writing and Application Engine/ People Code writing

ERP Conversion – TESTER (2)
Tasks Include


a) Provide support to HRIT during project life cycle, initiation thru closure, for the ERP Conversions to NSLIJ PeopleSoft with an emphasis on the test phases. 
b) Provide skills of an HRIT Business Systems Analyst to assist with testing, troubleshooting, and implementation for the ERP Conversion efforts. 
c) Provide services to develop and maintain project documentation.
d) Work with Functional and HRIT team members to define test cases to be performed in each cycle of testing
e) Execute all test scripts according to test scenarios, document results, assist with resolutions and perform re-testing
f) Partner with and assist I.T. technical developer in resolution of issues as well as functional HRIT business analysts in resolution / retesting of issues.
g) Assist with Functional and HRIT team members with the reconciliation and proofing process during the Mock Conversion phases
h) Use of complex SQL writing and knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS table structures and relationships required
i) Ability to analyze problems at a functional level with Functional and HRIT team members & technical level with the ERP-IT team members as needed
j) Provide assistance in the analysis during the Application & Payroll Parallel Test
k) Provide HRIT support to perform the SQL validation needed to compare site to be converted and NSLIJ payroll calculation results
l) Performing other duties as requested by HRIT Business Lead and/or Project Manager. 

 Must have the following skills
n) Deep experience with PeopleSoft HCM from a functional and technical level
o) Strong experience as a team lead on PeopleSoft implementation projects
