Business Analyst
Duration: 3 Months + Extension (will be extended for 1 yr after the first 3 months have been completed)
Location: Columbus, OH
Interview: In Person
No Certification Required – Local Candidates or within 150 Miles
The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization.
The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. The BA will be responsible for working with the business offices and designing the proposed solution and ensuring what is being developed matches the proposed solution. This person will be working with the test team to ensure accuracy. They must learn the business inside and out.
· Years of Relevant Experience:
· 4 to 6 years
· Preferred Education:
· 4 year college degree or equivalent.
· Required Skills:
- 4 years of Business Analysis work experience
- 4 years of Web-based System Testing
- 4 years of experience being able to quickly learn business process and procedures
- 4 years of Visio experience
- 4 years of experience with Process Mapping (As-Is, To-Be)
- 4 years of experience in Detailed Documentation Writing
- 4 years of experience translating business requirements into technical requirements for developers.
