Explanation for Position:

· This position will perform system analysis and design;
design/develop moderate to highly complex application; provide
technical design documentation and build unit test plans and perform
and record unit test results on .Net (winform) and Oracle platforms.

Details of Position:

· Strong .Net and WinForm skills along with development on
Oracle platforms and PL/SQL is required

· Java skills would be considered a plus. Participates in
defining and developing technical specifications to meet systems'
requirements

· Analyzes and translates logical designs to create physical designs

· Assesses detailed designs and documentation to ensure
alignment with business requirements; Defines interfaces among systems
components to ensure interoperability

· Creates and reviews interface agreements to ensure proper
transfer of information between
systems


Management Skills: Excellent verbal and written communications; works
well in a team environment
