Position: QA Project Manager

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 6 Months

 

 

Position Responsibilities:

•             Coordinates systems analysis, application development and quality assurance activities through indirect staff.

•             Directs development and quality teams in the areas of scheduling, technical direction, future planning and standard development practices.

•             Manages one or more cross-functional projects of small to medium complexity. Meets scheduled milestones to ensure project/program objectives are met in a timely manner and has an in-depth knowledge of the principles, theories, practices and techniques for managing the activities related to planning, managing and implementing systems analysis and application development projects and programs.

•             Responsible to assessing delivery performance against common quality assurance KPIs

•             Participates in software and services vendor management

Core Skill Set

•             4+ years working with test automation tools. (Selenium preferred)

•             Knowledge of QTP, ALM

•             Familiar with CI/CD and DevOps concepts and best practices

•             Experience working with offshore teams

•             Experience working with Agile, waterfall and iterative methodologies

•             Familiar with Testing, Development and agile tools like HP QC, MSTFS and Version One

•             Experience with device, mobile and web based testing

•             Knowledge of Java, XML, SQL and Git

•             Excellent Analytical skills

•             Strong communication skills

•             Prior experience in the retail space
