Job Title: EVM Manager

Location: Washington, D.C

Duration : Long Term

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Provide direction, guidance and definition of EVM Process to effectively support the business strategy. 

Supports the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that direct the design of Schedule, IMS and Earned Value. 

Participates in strategic decisions regarding the requirements aspects of IT for the enterprise. 

Consultant to IT and business leaders in the development of IT solutions for business needs. 

Perform EVM Analysis, Scheduling, and Budget Formulation, Execution, and Reconciliation.

Provide direct support to the PMO and the IRB.

Required Skills:

Experience of implementing EVM in major IT projects

Experienced user of Project Server 

Full project life-cycle experience

Deep expertise in EVM

Program implementation skills, including project portfolio management, and planning and reporting others' work across multiple implementations concurrently 

B.A./B.S. in Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Assurance, or equivalent experience

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
