Location: Germantown, MD

 

Duration: 6+ months contract

 

 

 

Job description:

The Identity & Access Management Sr. Engineer is primarily responsible for the design, development, and enterprise level support of the Nationwide Children's Hospital Identity & Access Management (IAM) technology stack, processes and infrastructure.

The Sr. Engineer will have an in-depth, expert level, understanding of the Identity Management lifecycle, Single Sign-On (SSO), Federated Identity, Access Control & Governance and concepts related to authentication and authorization.

 

 

 

Knowledge , Skills And Abilities Required:

 

•        Bachelor's Degree in related Computer Science areas or equivalent experience.

•        8+ years' experience providing systems analysis support and administration.

•        5+ years' experience providing system engineering related expertise.

•        3+ years' experience with development environments/languages such as .NET (C#, VB), C/C++, Java.

•        Experience with IAM protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM.

•        Proficiency with database systems, SQL and data modeling principles.

•        Proficiency with scripting languages. PowerShell experience highly preferred.

•        Medium to large scale project management skills including ability to gather business requirements.

•        Experience providing Sr. level IT design and development.

•        Proficiency providing leadership with Access Governance, Role-based Access (RBAC), and Privileged Account Management related initiatives highly preferred.

•        Experience in Healthcare environments highly preferred.

•        Experience with the following technologies preferred
