Mandatory Functional Skills	Customer oriented, excellent communication skills, detail oriented, quick learner, Setting up of BI standards .
Desirable Functional Skills	Experience in developing IT architecture plans and software development methodologies, Collaboration and Leadership , Documentation standards.
Total Experience Required	10-12 yrs
