MOI           Telephone+Face2Face Project Management/Development Process/Technology Information •         Methodology – Scrum, sprints are currently 2 weeks long •         Development Technologies/Architecture Summary o   Three Tier, Single Page Architecture (SPA) §  Web UI tier, Web Services Tier, Database Tier §  Load balanced in between the tiers (Citrix Load Balancers) §  Web tier is in the DMZ, accessed via the Internet HTML5/CSS Javascript/Angular.js Microsoft MVC c# WCF Database is MS SQL
