Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Primary Skills: DevOps
Responsibilities:
Strong platform/infrastructure automation expertise or DevOps experience (6+ years).
Understands the Continuous Integration (CI) & Continuous Delivery (CD) concepts
Experience working with BMC BladeLogic, BMC RPD platforms
Experience with at least one scripting languages - Bash, Python, Ruby, Powershell.
Experience with working at least one CI/CD tool such as Jenkins/Hudson, Bamboo, CA Nolio, IBM uDeploy)
Outstanding troubleshooting and problem resolution skills required.
Understanding of administering and managing multi-tier applications
Exposure to ServiceMesh platform
Prior experience with server automation products would be a huge plus.
Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies - VMware, Xen server, Microsoft Hyper-V.
Working with automation technologies (Puppet, Chef, CFEngine) would be a huge plus.
Understanding and experience in Cloud Platforms - Amazon AWS, CloudStack, OpenStack would be an advantage.
