TFS Admin / Configuration Engineer position at Chevy Chase, MD

Position: Build / TFS / Release/Configuration Engineer Consultants

Location: Chevy Chase, MD

Duration:  12 Months

 

Description:

Very Strong Configuration Management experience. Looking for a profile who has handled configuration management/Release management who has managed multiple releases in Large scale projects. TFS Automation with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server background desired.

·         Experience in TFS automation for software build, release and deployment processes (end-to-end automation)

·         Previous work experience with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server

·         Strong .Net programming skills and deep familiarity with Microsoft stack of technologies. – Must have

·         Strong Powershell script development background – to support automation.

·         A passion for Application Lifecycle Management / TFS and CM

·         Ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization

·         Professional and organized- Strong Communication skills

·         Working with the ALM System Architect to execute the solution architecture and insure that it is implemented correctly

·         Customize Work Items and Process Templates

·         Customize Build Definition Templates

·         Customize TFS Reports.
