We are Looking for IT Recruiters for US process. Who can put their efforts on Tele-calling and Emailing.
NOTE: This Job will be at NIGHT SHIFT only. Training will be provided for fresher’s..
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate with the Recruiting manager to assess staffing needs.
- Build candidate database by networking, social media, etc.
- Identify, interview, and facilitating the hiring of salaried, full-time, W-2, and Corp to Corp technical staff with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, multitasking, team environment by continuous calling.
- Create, maintain, and update candidate database records .
- Prep and coordinate consultant client interviews.
- Coordinate technical tests and verify consultant references.
- Generate client leads and consultant referrals.
- Manage job postings.
Requirements:
Must excel with MS Office.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be willing to work under pressure.
No objection to work for more Hours if required.
Be familiar with night shift jobs. As this is for US Process.
