Job Title :
Technology Lead / Retek Tech Consultant
Location:
Goleta, CA.
Responsibilities
Technical design , creation and documentation for modifications, integrations, conversions
Integration design associated with Oracle Retail functions
Support for Technical Architect
Non-functional requirements gathering and analysis
Performance engineering / optimization, performance testing
Support for functional design
Review of code and Technical design
Skills
Very good experience in and understanding of technical and technological aspects in Oracle Retail area in PL/SQL and/or java based applications/components
Experience and understanding of Oracle Retail Merchandising/Supply Chain - RMS, RPM, ReIM, ReSA, SIM, Allocations
Capability in package technical architecture and design
Knowledge of Retek batch process and  Integration (RIB)
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to interface with client technical and  functional team.
Ability to work in an offshore-onsite global delivery model context
Qualification
M.C.A / M.Sc / B.E / B.Tech/ M.E / M.Tech / MBA  with excellent, consistent academic credentials
Experience Required
Minimum of  8 years of  IT experience  (Minimum of  5 years of  retek/Oracle-retail experience)
Oracle Retail implementation experience (at least 1)
Programming Languages – PL/SQL, UNIX, Pro*C, Forms
Other Tools (optional) – TOAD, Appworks/UC4
DBMS – Oracle 10g or 11g
