Experience/ Technical Skills Requirements:
Over 8 years of strong experience with Java
Over 3 years of Lead experience is required.
Strong CoreJava experience is required
Experience developing real-time, multithreaded, multitier & distributed Java applications, hard core java, multi-threading, design patterns , server side programmers
Core Java, Unix, Sybase, DB2 (or similar RDBMS), any J2EE application suite (which includes but is not limited to technologies like JBoss, Weblogic, RMI, EJB, Servlets, HTTP, HTML/DHTML)
Experience in any messaging middleware platforms and network programming is a plus Strong object oriented design skills
Strong analytical and excellent verbal and written communication skills; team work
Capital markets domain expertise and building trading/risk platforms is a plus
Preferred Qualifications and Soft Skills 4 years bachelors degree or international equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
