Position:: Middleware Support Specialist

Location:: Columbus, OH

Duration:: Contract to hire         

 

Responsibilities :-

 

•             Supporting all middleware technology throughout the Bank.

•             Design, implementation, software upgrades/enhancements

•             Providing direct support and consultation for application on-boarding, and integration.

•             installing application server software and creating the environments necessary for supporting development teams throughout the system development lifecycle

•             performance tuning, installing and configuring webservers (IHS etc), configuring security (SSL, administrative, application, etc)

•             writing/modifying scripts as necessary, and researching/troubleshooting issues on a 24x7 on-call basis.

 

Required Skills :-

 

•             Knowledge of TCP/IP and Web protocols (HTTP, XML)

•             Administrative experience on IBM Middleware products

o             WebSphere Application Server (Network Deployment)

o             WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus (WESB)

o             WebSphere Process Server (WPS)

•             Administrative experience on IBM MQ including queue/channel creation as well as support

•             Administrative experience with configuring and supporting DataPower appliances

•             Experience with AIX & RHEL/Suse

•             Experience with Tomcat /JBoss
