My client is looking for a .Net Developer with Assets Management - Must be EAD, GC or US Citizen.

Job Title:            .Net Developer with Assets Management
Location:            Boston, MA
Duration:            12+ Months Contract
Must be EAD, GC or Citizen
 
* Candidates must have experience with Asset Management *
*** .NET and SQL coding experience is a MUST have.

 
Job Responsibilities: 
Work closely with the Columbia Management Equity and Fixed Income business units to support, maintain and enhance systems used for Portfolio

Management and Research analysis.
Apply subject matter and technical expertise to the design analysis process when delivering technology solutions for the business.
Responsible for coding new application enhancements and/or providing coding for bug fixes to current application defects.
Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving incidents & providing ongoing support of Portfolio Decision Support & Research applications.
Provide technical expertise on assigned applications, to include interfaces and interrelationships with other applications and systems.
Work closely with internal and external technology teams when triaging and resolving application defects.
*** 75% hands on development/programming and 25% analysis.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have knowledge of database designs / schemas and overall network architecture knowledge.
Must have 4+ years experience with programming skills in most or all of the following languages: .NET, C#, Perl, VB.
Must have proficient knowledge with supporting and coding SQL, Stored Procedures and SSRS.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Asset Management
Technology stack is Framework 4.5, but 4.0 is acceptable.
