Skill1 - Application Integration (L1)

Knowledge of Web services ,API,SFDC Native Adapters. Ability to develop Webservices and utilize API calls and other advances Java features

Skill2 - SFDC Design (L2)

Expert in High level design for low and medium size projects and low level design for projects of all complex city

Skill3 - SFDC Data Management (L3)

 

Essential Skill(s)

Skill1 - SFDC Design (L3)

Expert in High level and low level design for project of all complexity. Knowledge of best practices ,naming conventions and configuration standards. Ability to manage a design team of 3-5 people , design reviews. Ability to collaborate with SFDC professional services for review and compliance.

 

Additional Skill(s)

Skill1 - Sales Force - SFDC - Automation BA (L1)

Experience implementing processes like Sales Management, Prospecting & Opportunity mgmt, Lead Mgmt, Sales Planning, Assignment Manager & Activity management, Territory Mgmt. Knowledge of Siebel Tools. Experience in understanding Client requirements and Client's CRM Strategy. Driving Business requirements gathering through Workshops, performing Gap Analysis and Guiding Technical team in understanding the requirements. Ability to use Swim Lane diagrams, Prepare Prototypes and Detailed Functional Specifications
