Ab Initio/ETL Developer
Seeking an ETL Developer with 6+ years of relevant experience to perform high complexity (i.e. system level applications) analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents, and to resolve defects encountered during various testing cycles.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess 6+ years of relevant experience with the following:
- Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Solid knowledge of the programming language(s), application server, database server and/or architecture of the system being developed (A good level of hands-on knowledge with Ab Initio, ETL concepts, and technical knowledge or prior experience with other ETL tools will be a plus)
- A solid understanding of current programming languages, SQL, BASH Programming, proficiency in UNIX
-Independent & self starter
-Financial industry experience is a plus
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Professional certification(s) and/or a Post-graduate degree is desired
