Position: SAP HR Consultant

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Duration: 6 months

Rate: $60/hr C2C

 

Experience of working in SAP ECC 6.0 environment

At least 7+years of hands-on experience in supporting SAP HCM modules for large clients.

projectExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with business and IT community

Should be an expert in Personnel Administration and Organization Management Configuration, Integration of PA &OM with Benefits and ADP Payroll and must have hands on knowledge on Interfaces.

Should have good understanding of the Compensation Process and how Compensation data integrates with other HCM modules. Prior experience in supporting SAP ECM config and customizations

Should be well versed and experienced on ESS, MSS portals, Integration with SuccessFactors LMS, LMS Configurations and Integrating with Web based delivery methods.

Should have successfully undergone Mastery training in SuccessFactors Learning Management and should have been the Primary implementation consultant on 2 SuccessFactors Learning Projects. Knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning integration with On Premise SAP HCM, Oracle e-Biz or Peoplesoft will be helpful. Knowledge of SuccessFactors Content as a Service (iContent) will be an additional bonus. Should have knowledge of BIRT reporting to create custom LMS reports. Should have knowledge of Integrating SuccessFactors LMS with other SuccessFactors modules.  

In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting.

Experience on SAP Employee self-service modules would be a plus.

Understand and able to review ABAP codes from functional perspective.
