Job Title: Microsoft SCOM Engineer

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Experience Level/Designation: 7+Years

Duration: Long-term

 

Understand the client?s overall Microsoft IT infrastructure and ensure a successful implementation of Microsoft products and technologies

? experience working with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) 2007 or 2012

? including architecting and implementing complex designs (cross-platform monitoring, DMZ architectures, 1,000+ servers, HA configurations, etc.)

? Experience in implementing SCOM content packs like MS Exchange, AD, Lync, etc

? Exceptional project management abilities (issues management, team collaboration, schedule, scope, etc.)

? Integrating Microsoft SCOM with HP OMi

? Excellent troubleshooting skills like agent communication, resolving certificate issue, and Policy deployment

? Exceptional documentation skills and attention to detail for documentation (design documentation, processes/procedures, etc.)
