Job Description:

• 7+ years experience in SAP Basis, expertise in Architecting solutions
• CISCO Process Orchestrator admin skills
• SAP solution manager skills
• Experience to create monitoring templates in CPO
• Experience to integrate CPO with SAP systems and Solution manager
• Knowledge of SAP Monitoring parameters and thresholds
• Experience to customize parameters for alert thresholds
• Experience to integrate CPO tool with Ticketing system / External alerting tool
• Experience to filter/remove duplicate alerts
• Experience add/remove/modify systems in CPO tool
