Job Tittle: Teradata Developer
Location: Des Moines,IA
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Required:
Convert business requirements into Teradata solutions utilizing SQL and other Teradata Tools (BTEQ, MultiLoad, FastLoad, Teradata SQL and FastExport):5
Ability to write complex SQL queries:5
Create ad hoc reports as requested:5
Troubleshoot and modify failed code and scripts, so they work correctly and efficiently:5
Analyze, design, code, test, and document new and existing code to meet specifications and programming standards:3
Analyze and administer system management processes including availability, storage management, capacity planning, system performance:3
Highly desired:
Z/OS Mainframe (ISPF, TSO, JCL): 2
Business Objects coordinating up to 80 different universe options: 2
Certified Teradata SQL Expert preferred (version 14.0 or greater): 2
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate knowledge of tax compliance program development: 2
Oracle 11g or higher knowledge - backup and recovery understanding, patch maintenance, security setup (user ids and group ids) and ability to define O: 2
