Must Haves:
DELPHI DEVELOPMENT 5+ years (VERSION SE3 is what they are using)
SQL
Writing SQL server stored procedures
 
Plus skills:
Firebird SQL is preferred
Knowledge of programming in C#
Knowledge in .Net/WPF/WCF programming
