Role :: AS400 / iSeries OS upgrade

Work Location: Greensboro, NC

Duration : 6+ Months

 

•              MUST HAVE AS400 / iSeries OS upgrade expertise – ranging from V5R4, V6R1, and V7R1

•              Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•              Can determine overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements for complex integrated IT Infrastructure Solutions

•              Manage agreed scope of project & ensure project meet the quality requirements.

•              Ability to facilitate meetings between Application and Infrastructure teams during the AS400 assessment and upgrade phases.

•              Ability to solve complex, high impact project design, coordination problems

•              Create a consolidated detailed remediation, upgrade and project plan integrating the process steps from both Application and Infrastructure support teams

•              Plan, schedule and facilitate meetings with Customer, 3rd parties, and in house teams

•              Send out detailed communication plans and updates on a period basis to all stakeholders
