Primary Skills: PeopleSoft Payroll Functional
Responsibilities:
• Must have minimum 5 years experience in a functional role supporting Payroll with in-depth knowledge of end-to-end PeopleSoft Payroll, Payroll Taxes, and Tax Treaty functionality.
• Must have knowledge of IRS, New York State, New York City taxation rules; must have ability to perform fit/gap analysis on business processes against the state and federal regulations;
• Must have ability to perform a system fit/gap analysis on the use of delivered PeopleSoft functionality and have the ability to recognize internal control weaknesses.
• Must also have the ability to re-design business processes from the ground up for efficiency and to compliment the use of the PeopleSoft Payroll module and ability to prepare functional system requirements for system changes to support new business processes.
• Project work will be done onsite, however remote for use in rare circumstances
