6 Months to 3 years of experience in an US Staffing company
Experience of interviewing US candidates and providing staffing services to the clients
Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in an IT Consulting
Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly submit the profiles in time
Handling entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates on international platforms
Experience in use of effective resourcing tools/portals (Dice, Monster and TechFetch)
