FPD Information Services Analyst
Location: Nashville TN 37203
Rate: $35/hr c2c
This temporary is needed to handle Performance Testing to support additional performance requests to support FPD's accelerated deployment strategy, CapitalStream, eSignature and FinancExpress.Skill Set Required: 4 years plus experience in the performance testing field and use of HP Loadrunner with a variety of applications. Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for performance testing. Experience in automating business process with HP Loadrunner. Experience in developing and executing performance testing scenarios. Ability to gather and document performance testing results and present those results. • Strong oral and verbal communication skills • Strong skills with developing presentations with Microsoft Powerpoint • Strong troubleshooting skills
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Performing all programming, development, integration and system administration assignments without close supervision. Providing project management, programming, systems and/or system administration leadership, guidance, and assistance to other team members. Working on more complex application/technical problem identification and resolution, including responding to off-shift and weekend support calls. Working independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs, systems or in support if infrastructure component change management. Developing major system modules, programs or infrastructure releases based on requirements gathered from system customers. Performing integrated testing and customer acceptance testing of system components that requires careful planning and execution to ensure timely, quality results. Fully knowledgeable of current programming languages, program design and specification development, programming logic, logic diagrams, system analysis techniques, testing, debugging, documentation standards, file design, storage and internal systems. Performing integration tasks for in-house developed systems and/or purchased hardware and software solutions. Assisting customers with documentation, training and usability efforts. Required Qualifications: A 4-year college or university degree and a minimum of 2 years exempt experience in information services. Knowledge of and the ability to apply data processing philosophies and techniques. Knowledge of procedures and operations of the functional business areas. Knowledge of and the ability to apply complex programming languages and other advanced development tools used by FPD. Ability to identify systems deficiencies and recommend and develop new software/programs to correct the deficiencies. Demonstrated knowledge of computer operations systems. Demonstrated knowledge of computer software and how to implement such software. Ability to train and advise employees on the use of computers and software packages. Demonstrated ability to resolve mechanical/technical problems with emphasis on troubleshooting. Ability to work independently. Ability to lead project development teams. Ability to identify and correct systems and program problems in a timely manner. Ability to reinforce high quality standards driven by company objectives. Ability to create and maintain an environment conducive to collaboration across corporate business units and service divisions. Ability to listen to others and communicate effectively. Desired Qualifications:3-5 years experience preferred
