This function covers incumbents responsible for designing and implementing system and application architecture and associated standards, and for working with developers to ensure that all technology initiatives are implemented within the existing or planned framework. *** looking for somebody junior with one meaning experience on equity derivatives

Job description :  

IT Light team is in in charge of the main EQD trading application (« FAST ») and Excel tools.

FAST is an in-house trading sofware for Equity derivatives, which provides risk management, pnl explanation and booking features to traders.

 

Role Responsibilities : 

-          Trading support for Front Office : functional and technical support for traders, respond to new requests

-          Perform maintenance and enhancements to existing RAD tools and FAST application

-          FAST developments : scripting (Javascript) and core modifications (Java)

-          Suggest improvements to systems and procedures

 

Qualifications :

-          Strong Java and Javascript

-          Strong VBA, Excel

-          Knowledge of financial products in equity derivatives

-          Strong troubleshooting skills, Ability to work under pressure

-          Team player, « Hands on » mentality
