Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst 
Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 6+ mo. contract (strong possibility of extensions) 
Rate: $53 an hr

Description: 
This resource needs to be a very strong business analyst resource with very deep experience in the compensation area.

 This resource will be required to gather very detailed requirements on the current/desired state of the annual compensation (Merit and Bonus) process.

This resource will need to work closely with the business partners in compensation, as well as the current business and technical SME.

Skill Set: 

- Sr. Business Analyst Experience - Expert (5+ years) 
- Experience with Compensation Software (Annual Merit/Bonus) - Expert (5+ years) 
- Verbal and Written Communication - Expert (5+ years) 
- HR Technology - Expert (5+ years)
