Responsibilities:
• Designing SharePoint solutions, site taxonomy, and record storage
• Building and implementing custom UI designs for SharePoint with HTML, JavaScript, ASP.NET and C#
• Creating and modifying SharePoint site collections with multiple sites, unique navigational elements, custom content types and site columns, site pages, web part pages, workflows, retention policies, and governance policies
• Create wireframes and Design Mockups for SharePoint 2010
• Creating Master Pages & Page layouts as required.
• Building forms with ASP.NET and InfoPath and SharePoint application pages
• Workflows implementation based on out of box SharePoint
• Custom workflow implementation with SharePoint Designer 2010/Visual Studio 2010.
• Implementing document and record center repositories
• Integrating designs with third-party SharePoint solutions such as kwizcom etc
• Generate reports based on SharePoint Lists/SQL Server etc
• Extract data from SQL Server based on BCS/BDC and display on SharePoint pages
• Implementation of Search and related artifacts
• Ability to work effectively directly with the business manager with minimal supervision in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities etc
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing solutions with SharePoint 2007/2010
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with SharePoint Designer 2007/2010 & InfoPath 2007/2010
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, CSS, ECMA Script, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Strong knowledge of InfoPath 2007/2010
• Strong knowledge of Visual Studio 2008/2010
• Knowledge on SharePoint Server Farms & capacity
• Knowledge of software lifecycle management in particular the agile methodology
• Knowledge of software design patterns such as MVC, OOP, SOA, and data structures
• Familiarity with source control integration
• Familiarity with the Microsoft stack of products
• Some experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
