SAP Customer Interaction Lead – Functional Analyst
Contract Length - 9 months
Location – Seattle, WA
Requirements
- 4-5 years with 2-3 years in SAP CRM
- Minimum 1-2 E2E implementations
- Experience in SAP CRM 7.0 or above is mandatory
- Modules: CRM Interaction Center (Account Identification, Interaction Record/Interaction History, Alert Modeler, Interactive Scripting, Agent Inbox)
- Prior Telecom experience is a plus
- Knowledge in SAP CRM IS Telecom Solution is a plus
- Should be able to independently conduct requirement gathering sessions, blueprints, etc.
SAP CRM Service & Support Lead – Functional Analyst

- Minimum 3-4 E2E implementations
- Experience in SAP CRM 7.0 or above is mandatory
- Modules: CRM Service (Case Management, Service Request, Service Contract, Return & Repair Management)

- Knowledge in SAP CRM IS Telecom Solution is a plus
- Should be able to independently conduct requirement gathering sessions, blueprints, etc.
