· IVR Developer
IVR design & development, Java, Nuance Speech recognition, Eclipse IDE, RESTful web services, Avaya Dialog Designer, Avaya Voice Portal administration, Tomcat administration. Ok to share resumes of IVR developers with no Avaya experience, as long as they have experience with IVR applications (Genesys or Intervoice or Cisco or Nuance) and Eclipse IDE.
· IVR Tester
Test Case creation, Manual Testing, Automated Testing, Scripting, Optional (Contact center / IVR testing experience, Empirix Hammer
