Direct Client Req – "Lead DB2 DBA" in Madison WI

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Description:

·         Minimum of 7 years of DB2 DBA experience on z/OS.

·         Logical and physical database design using tools such as Erwin.

·         Monitoring and tuning database performance, during testing and production operations.

·         Assists application development staff with database questions and issues.

·         Tunes all the SQLs developed; Strong SQL knowledge is required.

·         Strong knowledge of database backup, reorg, load, repair, repair, restore and other utilities.

·         Experience with Oracle databases is preferred

·         Experience in load and performance testing is preferred
