Position: Siebel Administrator with Siebel upgrade experience

Location: Irvine, CA

Duration: 5 months

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidate should be able to perform the following activities.

Having prior Siebel upgrade experience will be added advantage.

 Siebel 8.0 , 8.1 Server installation and Configuration.

Siebel version upgrade

Server Performance Tuning

Siebel Migration Activities like Export , Import , DDLSync utilities.

Siebel Tools , Siebel Client and Local DB Extract for Developers.

Siebel Server Profile Configuration and Custom Object Manager , new URL , New Virtual Directory setup.

Siebel Application Admin activities Export and Import Non Repository items.

Siebel Release Management and Retrofit Management.

Siebel Upgrade ( Upgrep , Merge Rep , Upgrep Phys ) Utilities and Troubleshooting steps.

Siebel Upgrade Test and Production Migration .

Siebel Server issues and trouble shootings.  

Siebel LDAP setup.

Few Database related Activities like Parameters Check , Table back etc.

Configuring and managing Workflow management component group

Opening SR with Oracle in case of critical issues and follow-up

Coordinating with different teams
