JobTitle: PeopleSoft HCM HRIS Consultant
Location: Jacksonville , FL
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

 

** Rate: $55-58/hr on C2C **

 

General Skills:
* Demonstrated work experience in defining, gathering and documenting processes for PeopleSoft HCM
* Strong work experience with reviews and edits requirements, specifications, processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
* Testing PeopleSoft HCM enhancements including development of test plans, test scripts and end user testing
* Large scale and complex PeopleSoft implementation experience
* Professional presentation and communication and Team Work Ability.
* Strong Knowledge of Benefits Administration processes and issues

 

Qualifications :
* PeopleSoft 9.0 Core HCM Consultant:
* Minimum of five years PeopleSoft experience
* Experience with PeopleSoft 9.0 or higher
* Upgrade and implementation experience
* Ability to work on all project phases
* Solid understanding of setup tables and reporting
* Solid understanding of integration of all modules
* Solid understanding of processing requirements for module in which candidate has expertise
* Expert knowledge in HCM (including eApps)
* Proven business knowledge as well as PeopleSoft specific functional knowledge

 

Specific Business Processes and Systems:
* Performance Management (ePerformance PS, ADP, SuccessFactor, ReviewSnap)
* Recruiting and On-boarding (Kronos, Taleo)
* Enterprise Learning (Learn Something)
