Role:

ETL Lead (Oracle OBIEE) Developer (#998) – 12 month contract in Plano (suburb of Dallas)

 

Required:
Must have Lead experience

7+ years Data Warehouse related experience with prior experience building an Oracle Analytical Data warehouse (Financial Analytics, Merchandise Analytics or HR Analytics)

Experience with multi-terabyte data volumes using ETL tools such as Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and DAC

Solid experience leading the development and deployment of an Oracle Data Warehouse for one  of Oracle analytical applications (Finance, Merchandise or HR)

Strong experience in data integration using Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and DAC

Experience building Immon and Kimball Style Data Warehouses

Working knowledge of OBIEE

Solid Oracle Database Architecture/Design & Performance Tuning experience

Relational Database experience (Oracle, Extradata, DB2); Oracle strongly preferred

 

Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present technical details to senior management or less technical audience.

Ability to review the technical work of less senior ETL developers, provide direction and resolve problems of high complexity

 

Responsibilities:

Interacts with business clients to design, develop, test and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.

Providing guidance and mentorship to new/junior ETL developers.

Works closely with BI architect, data architect, test lead and DBA in the delivery of the Oracle Analytical Data Warehouse.

Works closely with project manager to develop work plan for Data Warehouse projects and keep the manager aware of any issues.
