Responsibilities:
· The FTC portfolio manager is responsible to the Program Director to supplement the oversight and activities of the ICDW PMO organization by providing guidance and optimization of our project investments by improving the alignment of projects with strategy and resource availability.
· This is a pivotal role in planning and controlling our complex project landscape. This also includes PMO specific work for project delivery, risk management, cross-LOB, and coordinating activities among the DMO, PMO and Release teams.
