oNSITE SCREENING ::  ServiceNow Consultant | Oak Brook,IL

$50/-hr C2c

Phone and then In-Person

USC/GC/GC-EAD only

 

·         Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow platform navigation, administration, configuration, and scripting

• ServiceNow Admin (or higher) certifications desired (not required WITH equivalent experience)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• Previous experience in administration and configuration of other ITSM Tools a plus (Remedy, BMC Magic, etc.)
• Background in either software development or IT Service management
• Understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices (ITIL v3 certification a plus)
• Understanding of Agile based approach to software development (SCRUM experience a plus)
• Ability to work remotely and largely unsupervised, and to deliver to written requirements
• Ability to work with a remote team, requiring ability to communicate well via phone and email (writing skills)
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem solving ability
• Experience in use case, functional and user acceptance testing a plus
• Experience with Javascript required
• Experience with web based programming languages a plus - Angular JS, XML, JSON, html, css and similar highly valuable; or
• Experience as a DBA, or similar, greatly desired, but not required (Understanding of relational database concepts is a must)
• Experience with recent ServiceNow versions - Helsinki (ideal), Geneva (acceptable)
• Experience with ServiceNow update sets, required
