Position:                Technical Program Manager

Location:               Santa Clara, CA

Duration:              6+ Months / Fulltime

 

 

 

Job Description:

• Must be of electrical background.
• Must have hands on experience in Hardware Design and Test plans
• Need to correct Design and test plans individually
• Must have experience in Hardware Design and Software Design at system level
• Lead cross functional team and work closely with sales in the development of system solutions and pursuit strategies for sales opportunities.
• Lead a team of systems engineers, program managers, and others in the development and design of complex and innovative radio system solutions, to satisfy customer-specified requirements while maximizing profitability and minimizing risks to customers
• Preparation of the Test Scope, Test Plan and Test Strategy along with the Testing Team and Obtain Test Council Approval.
• Reviewing the Test cases and Test scenarios.
• Maintain Documentation and work with Change Management to release official documentation
• Work with Manufacturing to schedule and execute IQ build
• Expert in Product Design and Development
• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills with good team spirit.
• Excellent intra- and inter-team interaction in terms of Defect resolution and closure.
