* Supporting escalated tasks/incidents. 

* Strong expertise in LVM,OS,S/W, Patch Management 

* High Availability / BCP design, review & implementation 

* Expert in Virtualization technologies (nPar,vpar,IVM) 

* HP DRD, Ignite server, HP Perf view 

* HP SIM 

* Capacity Planning 

* Change Management 

* Vendor Management 

* Expertise in automation and reduction of manual efforts thru Scripting/tools
