2	R12 Implementation Exp	2-3	Mention the customer names with the role. E.g Customer 1 implemented Oracle Financials (GL,AP) Finance Consultant,Customer 2 Implemented  GL,AR,AP,CM) - Finance Lead
3	EBS Module Experience	GL	Rate between 1-5
		AP	Rate between 1-5
		AR	Rate between 1-5
		CM	Rate between 1-5
		FA	Rate between 1-5
		SLA	Rate between 1-5
		AGIS	Rate between 1-5
		3rd Party Integration	Mention few 3rd Party apps
4	Key Accomplishments		Mention top 3 accomplishments across all implementation projects done. E.g COA redesigned, Eliminated customizations with SLAs or R12 New functionality, etc
