• Experience of at least 1 implementation lifecycle of Manhattan Distribution products (Manhattan EOM is a must).
• Experience of configuring best of breed Manhattan Distribution applications (Manhattan EOM)
• Provide Architectural assistance, Configuration changes to Manhattan EOM base and extensions, validation of changes, defects and the SDNs
• Proper prioritization of configuration tasks and defects, SDNs and issues during the build and QA cycle.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Manhattan specific integration discussions.
• Act as an expert in Manhattan specific maintenance tasks required to assist QA.
• Validate issues/defects raised by the QA team before involving the Manhattan vendor
• Good Communication skills; Ability to interact with Business stakeholders, give constructive suggestions and suggest industry best practices.
