Requirement for Oracle HCM Performance Management- Functional

• Job Role Oracle HCM Performance Management- Functional
• Location Nashville. TN
• Duration 6 months
• This immediate backfull -  is to start asap  ( ideally Monday 3/6 )

 

 

Client is migrating from Oracle R12 EBS to the Cloud.

 

Role is implementing Oracle Performance Management in R 12.

It is a lead functional configuration role.   

Technical skills are a plus , as there are some PL* SQL manipulations being done for items such as – ratings scores and calculations.

 

IF they know Oracle Cloud Talent Management (which is synonymous with Performance mgmt.. in EBS R12)   - greater chance to remain at client beyond initial 6months as client is migrating all HCM modules to the Cloud.   But this is NOT essential for the config. work now
