QA Lead
Stamford, CT
6 Months
Must have Test Automation and Java Development skills. (Recent)
Required Skills
Demonstrated career commitment to software testing with deep knowledge of latest testing theory and concepts
Hands-on experience in implementing test process frameworks and STLC in complex technology implementations
Strong test management foundation with relevant professional certifications
Proven experience in all aspects of software testing – interface, system, system integration, E2E business process
Experience with Test and Defect Management ASQ tools like TestLink, Jira etc. is a MUST
Experience in performance test scripting using Loadrunner/JMeter/MS VSTS is preferred
Experience in client side performance analysis using YSlow, WebPageTest etc. is preferred
Experience in Database Testing using Toad, SSDT, SQL Developer, SQL Profiler, AWR Scripts, SSMA etc. is preferred
Exposure to server performance diagnostics and profiling using JProfiler, YourKit, SQL Profiler, AWR Scripts is a plus
Ability to organize test design approaches with maximum impact for time allotted
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Independent decision-making and good judgment
Strong time, interpersonal, people and facilitation skills
Ability to operate comfortably in a multi-task / multi priority environment across a distributed agile team
Experience
Min. of 8+ years of experience in product testing and certification of Server, Web and Native Mobile platforms
Experience in GRC/Third Party Risk Management domain is a plus
Past experience in grounds-up setup and evolution of formal QA practices is a plus
Experience leading a team of offshore QA teams is a plus
Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
