Description:
***This position for my "client " integrates with many other projects such as Polaris for one ex. And Polaris also needs help in expertise from our team.
*** This is contracting position some with strong Performance engineering background.
TOP REQUIREMENTS: Client performance center/ Jmeter, Dynatrace / Newrelic / wily Interscope tool is must.
• Professional experience in Performance Testing for large scale distributed applications in a mission-critical environment
• Expert level experience configuring and tuning Client LoadRunner .
• Experience of LoadRunner, Performance Center and open source tools like JMeter/Blaze Meter, Neoload and stormrunner etc
• Experience in performance testing Mobile and Web-based applications as well as working with different platforms and operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills and extensive technical problem-solving skills
• Must be a fast learner, dedicated, hardworking, and flexible. Be able to work independently or in teams in a fast paced environment. Flexible to work at various time zones if required.
• Hands on experience, including system administration, Client Performance Manager, Client Openview, Business Service Management, SiteScope, NNM, dynaTrace Synthetic, DC RUM, Ruxit, VRops, and HPPM monitoring/reporting platforms
• Experience with monitoring products such as Client Business Service Management (BSM), Business Process Monitor (BPM), VuGen, New Relic, and VM Ware-VRealize Operations (VROPS)
• Predictive Analytics using Client Service Health Analytics
• Must have extensive experiences working with complex infrastructures and applications
• Experience in software quality assurance, defect tracking, and test strategy development
• Work closely with senior performance test analysts, developers and architects to ensure performance is built into an application at all stages in the SDLC.
• Evaluate Non-Functional Requirement documents and identify performance test needs; types of tests, scripting scenarios, volume projections, etc.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple groups to determine, gather and verify performance test needs
• Develop a workload simulation matrix and determine scripting scenarios
• Based on the application's infrastructure, create and load test data for assigned projects.
• Develop and enhance test scripts and load projections needed to simulate virtual users using various performance testing tools.
• Develop test execution scenarios for various types of tests such as load, stress, duration/endurance, failover and breakpoint etc.
• Administer deep-dive and methodic performance degradation diagnostics/troubleshooting and propose viable explanations
• Perform heap and thread analysis, database deadlock detection, understand and detect resource contention, etc.
• Suggest improvements and configuration changes that improve system's performance
• Document test results and develop custom made summary reports to satisfy both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analyze test results and co-ordinate with development teams to get performance bottlenecks fixed by providing sufficient explanation and impact analysis.:
